Sudip began his career with RLC in Feb 2007 and he specializes in the Automotive/Industrial sector. Sudip works with top tier 1 global automotive/industrial suppliers, helping them find the right talents to establish their business in Japan. He has been involved in numerous projects to recruit engineering, sales etc. from a variety of automotive/industrial sectors. Sudip has also been involved with higher level projects involving the recruitment of executive management.

Sudip holds a Diploma in Montessori Education form IMC Kolkata, India. He has worked as a Montessori Teacher in one of the most prestigious schools in Kolkata, India.

Besides recruiting Sudip enjoys music, travelling and meeting people from different walks of life.
