Gerald has spent the last 11 years in recruitment and has placed numerous executives in various multinational and Japanese companies. He focuses primarily in Accounting and Finance positions and also oversees the Human Resources practice at Robert Leonard. Gerald has also been recognized as one of Asia's top recruiters and has won several awards, including Top Consultant of the Year at a global search firm.

Prior to working at Robert Leonard, Gerald worked as an auditor for a Chartered Accounting firm and in risk management for the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.

Education
Gerald graduated from the University of British Columbia in Economics and is a Certified General Accountant.
